TAMAIRA
You Matter. Yes, You.
Your feelings deserve attention. Your needs deserve space. Your story deserves to be heard.
Meet Tamaira…
Hi, I’m Tamaira, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with Wellness Group of California.
You may be used to showing up for everyone else while quietly wondering, “When do I get to take a breath?” Therapy can be a place to pause, speak honestly, and begin giving yourself some of the care you so freely offer others.
You do not need the perfect words to get started. We can begin with whatever brought you here.
Who I Work With
I provide online therapy for adults in California. Together, we can identify what feels difficult right now and what you would like to experience differently.
I specialize in:
Anxiety
Depression
Grief
Relationship challenges
Burnout
Self-Esteem
Life Transitions
You May Be Considering Therapy Because…
You have a lot on your mind, and “just stop thinking about it” has never been particularly helpful.
Perhaps you have been putting your needs last, questioning your decisions, or trying to keep everything together while feeling overwhelmed inside. Maybe life has changed, and you are still figuring out what that means for you.
You might simply want a space where you can say how you really feel without immediately following it with, “But I know other people have it worse.”
Your experience deserves attention, even when you cannot quite explain it yet.
My Approach to Therapy
I want our work to reflect your needs, your goals, and the person you are. We can explore what has shaped your experiences while also considering practical steps that support you today.
Together, we can get curious about patterns, make room for emotions, and practice new ways of responding to challenges.

Trauma Focused
My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. You can bring the difficult feelings, the unfinished thoughts, and the questions you are almost afraid to say aloud.
There can be room for humor and laughter, too. Therapy involves meaningful work, and moments of connection and lightness can be part of that experience.
We will talk about what is helping, what feels challenging, and whether our work is moving toward what matters to you.
What to Expect in Our First Session
Our first session is an opportunity to get acquainted. We will discuss what brought you to therapy, relevant background, and what you hope to gain from our time together.
You will also have space to ask questions and share what helps you feel comfortable and supported. You do not have to tell your entire life story in one sitting. We can begin at a manageable pace.
What We Can Work Toward
Your goals will guide our work. Depending on your needs, that may include:
Understanding your emotions and recognizing what they are telling you.
Developing practical ways to manage stress.
Setting boundaries and communicating your needs.
Recognizing patterns that leave you feeling stuck.
Building a more compassionate relationship with yourself.
Taking meaningful steps toward the life you want.
Progress may begin with something small: speaking up, trying a different response, or noticing that your inner voice has become a little kinder.
A Personal Invitation
If you have been waiting until things are “bad enough” to reach out, consider giving yourself permission to seek support now.
You deserve time devoted to your well-being. You deserve to feel heard. And you deserve an opportunity to discover what caring for yourself can look like.
You matter here. Let’s start with a conversation.
