Meet the Team

A collaborative approach. Support centered on you.

The therapeutic relationship is an important foundation for meaningful clinical work. Feeling understood, respected, and actively involved in your care can help you explore difficult experiences, develop insight, and practice new ways of responding to life’s challenges.

At Wellness Group of California, our clinicians approach therapy with clinical knowledge, curiosity, and respect for each person’s history, culture, identity, and circumstances. We work collaboratively with you to understand your concerns and establish goals that reflect your needs and priorities.

Individualized Treatment With Purpose

Effective treatment begins with a thoughtful assessment of your symptoms, personal history, current stressors, strengths, and available supports. This understanding guides treatment planning and helps us identify interventions appropriate to your concerns.

Our team draws from evidence based approaches and established therapeutic frameworks, including cognitive behavioral therapy, interventions informed by dialectical behavior therapy, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution focused therapy. Your clinician will discuss treatment options with you and revisit your goals and progress as care develops.

Therapy may focus on recognizing patterns that contribute to distress, strengthening emotional regulation, developing practical coping skills, processing difficult experiences, or improving boundaries and relationships.

Get to Know Our Clinicians

You are encouraged to ask questions about a clinician’s experience with your concerns, what sessions may involve, and how you will work together toward your goals.

Clinical Supervision and Professional Development

Our Associate Marriage and Family Therapists provide care under the clinical supervision of Tyies Brown, LMFT, PsyD. Supervision provides a structured setting for case consultation, clinical reflection, treatment planning, and ongoing professional development.

Our practice emphasizes ethical care, cultural responsiveness, and attention to each client’s evolving clinical needs.

Begin With a Conversation

You do not need a diagnosis or a clearly defined treatment goal before reaching out. An initial consultation offers an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and explore whether our services align with your needs.
